A jury in Cleveland, Georgia is debating the fate of 22 year old Jonathon Hart who police say murdered his wife and fled the state after the shooting. He was found walking down the highway in Louisiana after the murder. Harts defense team has a different view of what happened, saying the shooting was an accident. Stephanie Hart went to the location before her death to service her husband with divorce papers, she never left that location because she was killed. I have not heard the evidences in this case, but it strikes me as odd that a person would accidentally kill someone (on accident) and leave the state. If it's an accident why not just report it to the police instead of leaving the state? The defense team in this case should be made pay back every penny they are wasting of the tax payers money taking this case to trial.
